HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?!

Processing & Shipping:

 

Allow up to 21 business days for wig orders to process and complete (30 days for times with higher volumes of processing) as each order is made to order with respect to the- customizations/ options requested.

Allow up to 5-7 business days for processing and shipping on accessory orders.

Shipping timeframes begin once the tracking number is populated with respect to shipping timeframes provided by USPS.

RETURNS

Because we design and hand craft our units, in addition to customizing the lace portion of the units in detail, we do not offer refunds on wig orders/ requests. We will, however, consider exchanges/ replacement options/ store credit after careful inspection of the returned item.

 In order to have a return request submitted, the request should be completed within two days of the receipt of your item by emailing BookWhitneChoo@gmail.com including your order number as the subject line.

​Store credits are granted via e-gift card will be sent to the email associated with your purchase.

Digital products/ Courses/ Groups/ Subscriptions/ etc. via WhitneChoo.com are considered intellectual property and are nonrefundable. We DO NOT process refunds for items that may be delayed/ lost in the shipping process due to unforeseen/uncontrollable events via postal/ shipping carriers.

 

Insurance is included in each order. Please be aware that once we deliver to USPS, we are no longer responsible for the delivery of your package. Please check USPS.com for more details/ help with your order once you receive tracking.
